AMT imports sponsored and non-sponsored financial data from Prime Financials, Labor Accounting and Award/ Project data from the NOA and Prime projects. 

• Funding (Prime Financials): Like the Project by Grant Year report, AMT presents financial chartstring data down to Project Budget Account.  AMT does not import/ present sub-ledger financial data (AMT does not present the Ledger Detail report)
• Commitments: Funding Commitments to a faculty member which are entered in AMT are presented in the Faculty Projection component on the Funding tab.
• Person Support (LA):  AMT presents the names of the individuals charging to a particular project/ chartstring.  Users with access to a person in LA will be able to view that person’s LA actuals in AMT (Person Support).
• AMT does not import any data directly from COEUS.
• Award/ Project Information:  AMT imports key Award and Project data from the NOA as well as additional Award/Project details managed in Prime Financials by ORPA and SRA.
• AMT links to the NOA report.
