• Dashboard View - Expected End Dates (nightly feed)
• Dashboard View - New People (nightly feed)
• View a List of All “Your” People (even those not home based in your unit)
  -Faculty, Post Docs, Staff, Grads, Undergrads, Visitors, Guests
• View key information: GYear, Degree, Position, Joint Departments, Status (Active, Inactive, Leave of Absence), Expected End Date
• Create and manage groups (labs, administrative, person types)
• Directly email Group members from AMT
• Download person/ group lists to excel
• Run basic person/ group reports

Beyond November

• Upload Photos, CVs and other attachments
• View additional data by person type – grad students, faculty, staff
• View Person Support and input planned Future Support
• View Career information (job, admin posts, committees, local info. etc.)
• Add Person details locally – planned leave, possible end dates, awards
• View Teaching/ Course Data by Person
• Run additional person reports
