The following changes were made to AMT in this release.
Note: Due to the number of changes made, please reset all lists (click the Page Reset button) to ensure you see all new features.
New Dashboard Features
Updated Dashboard Cards
- Approaching End Date and New Hire Dashboard show future HCM records.
New People Features
Profile Tab cards
- Photo - The Photo Card presents an image of the person which is uploaded by an AMT People Manager in their home department.
- Supplemental Contact Card - provides a method to add and track additional information about personnel before, during and/or after their time at Princeton.
Career Tab
- Ability to add the following info for employees to whom you have access.
- Possible End Date change
- Potential Future leaves
- Awards, Specializations, Training, Other
- Note: The order of columns in the Career grid has changed in this release.
Information Tab (formerly called Academic Tab for early testers)
- Different combinations of these cards display depending on the selected individual’s AMT Person Type.
- Job
- CV
- Academic
- Notes
- AI Hours
- DCE Status
- Card content viewable only by AMT People Managers with source system access to the person.
- Message describing insufficient access is displayed for users missing either or both access requirements.
Milestone Tab – allows for entry and tracking of important Graduate student information
- Committee Schedules
- Advisers (from PeopleSoft) - Read only
- Supplemental Advisers – Ability to add those not in PeopleSoft
- Anticipated Generals Date
- Anticipated FPO Date and Title
Advising Tab
- All Advisers and their roles by Student or All Advisees by Adviser
- Read only access for all AMT Users.
Teaching Tab
- Courses taught along with Role, Hours, Term
- Read only access for all AMT Users.
Attachments Tab
- Ability to upload additional documentation
- Visibility based on source system access and AMT People Manager role.
New Groups Features
- You can now copy a Group using the Duplicate button on the Group Tab.
New and Updated Reports
- No Group Assignment: New People Report shows all people in the specified department that do not belong to a Group.
- Group and Members by Managing Unit: Enhanced to show the list of active or inactive people in a Group on a given specified date. Only those names that meet the specified criteria will appear in the report.
