People Enhancements

• People List:
  • Extended the number of years a graduate student appears from 10 years to 16 years.   You can now see a grad student up through 15 years from the cohort year.
  • Extended the number of years a person with a final jobcode of Postdoc in DOF appears to 15 years.  You can now see postdocs up to 15 years from their termination date.   They will be inactive so you will need to change the AMT status filter.  
  • Added and populated email address as a hidden field. 
• Information tab:  Graduate student citizenship data is available on this tab for those with access.
• Career tab:  Changed the label on the department field to HR Dept to accurately reflect the department displayed. 
• Support tab:   Added the person's status following the name in the header.   Added download button on the toolbar. 

Groups Enhancements/Changes

• Members tab:
  • Updated list to enable multiple sorts using the shift key and mouse click.
  • Updated the members list so that the Remove button is only enabled when a member's name is selected and can be deleted.
  • Corrected restriction that prevented a download of the data when a filter is applied. 
• Groups tab:  
  • Updated list to enable multiple sorts using the shift key and mouse click.

Reports Changes

• Faculty List Report now shows faculty members and only those with an active admin post in the selected department. 
• Graduate Student List and Graduate Student List with Advisors Reports show all students in the home department and those with department tags. 
• Postdoc List Report shows only active postdocs for the selected department. 
• Group and Members by Managing Unit Report shows a person only once in the report even if they have more than one job row. 

Faculty Projection Changes

• The Personnel tab shows the person's current AMT status in the list. 
• Updated the logic to accurately reflect actuals including across fiscal years.
