People Enhancements/Changes

• Advisors Button and Advising tab
  • The Advisor button and Advising tab will search/show all advisors including FPO and AMT Supplemental advisors.
  • The Advisors card on the Milestone tab will continue to only show those advisors associated with Graduate students:  the roles of FPO and Dissertation. 
• People List
  • GT/Term is now sourced from PeopleSoft directly to avoid update delays. 
  • Position/Degree is now sourced from PeopleSoft directly to avoid update delays. 
  • Corrected filters for Class Year.
  • Corrected filters for Cohort Year.
• Profile Tab
  • Updated value of Citizen to state US Citizen for clarity. 

Groups Changes

• Members tab:  Corrected sorting of dates in the Starts in Group and Ends in Group fields. 

Commitments Changes

• Expanded number of rows displayed to 1000 for all list views:  Summary, Summary with Detail, Detail.
• Added Status from Commitment tab to Summary with Detail list view. 
• Added Journal Date from the Financials tab to Summary with Detail list view.
• Added Journal Date from the Financials tab to the Detail list view. 

Reports Changes

• Updated links to Alpha roster reports to reflect IW report changes. 

Share Access

• Share Access has been renamed to Support Access.
• Updated to a new list layout with sections, sorting, filtering.  
• Added View filters to support all users:  Requesters and Approvers.
• Added Toolbar with new buttons to Create and Delete request as well as the Download and Reset icon buttons.
• New Approver view includes toolbar with action buttons.
