People Enhancements/Changes

• People List 
  • Undergraduate data is now viewable up to 5 years after graduation
  • People with an Inactive status due to being deceased have been removed from AMT. 

• Groups 
  • New Search by box lets you look for group titles or leader names of groups.  You can search by a text string, Net id or PU id.  Minimum text length to search is 3 characters.
  • Fixed the Type filter on the Groups list so you can filter on any type. 
  • Updated the cursor navigation when editing on the Members tab to move to the next editable field.
• Support tab
  • Changed the display of the dates to no longer overlap.  The start date is now the first date of the support allocation and the end date is the last.   
  • Enabled the ability to search the AMT Support type list when adding new support rows.
  • Support rows now include:  Non-paid earnings codes and non-academic departments to which a person may be allocated. 

Reports Changes

• Group and Group Members Report
  • Added a date range prompt to allow a view of the groups at a point in time.

• Graduate Student List with Advisors Report 
  • Added Cohort Year and AMT Status to report page.
  • Added the ability to include:  Active, Inactive or On Leave students.
