People Enhancements/Changes

• People List 
  • New Clear Filters icon in the Tools section of the People List that removes all filters with one click.   (filter with red circle and line)
  • Added the Start Date field on the list as a hidden field.   The start date field can be unhidden and viewed on your People List. 

• Support tab
  • Enabled automatic allocation of cost share for the AMT Support type of Tuition Support (a/k/a Tuition Cost Share)
    • AMT adds new rows to show the cost allocation and labels the row:  AMT Calc.    
  • Allow the ability to add future Tuition Support and other AMT support types
  • Revised validation on new and edited rows to ensure the allocation sums to 100% per earnings code per time period. 

• Information tab
  • Updated security to enable a person with People Support Manager (LA access) to view the Notes card. 

Groups Enhancements/Changes

• Group tab
  • Updated the logic when change to leader to:
    • Keep the old leader as a member of the group.   The member can then be remove under the member tab. 

• Member tab
  • Disabled the ability to delete the leader as a member of the until the member is not longer listed as the leader.  (The delete button is not enabled/available.)

Preferences Enhancement

• A Go back button is now available if you choose to not make changes and just want to return to where you were. 

Reports Changes

• Graduate Student List with Advisors Report 
  • We will no longer show undergraduate advisor names for those students who were undergraduates at Princeton.
