Groups Enhancements/Changes

• Compose button - Updated button to automatically detect when the Chrome browser can't copy the recipient list to the email.  The button will change name to copy names to the clipboard.   You can then create an email and paste the recipient list.   This only happens using the Chrome browser.

• Duplicate button - corrected copy of subgroups to properly show all members of the group in the subgroup.

• Report - Updated dates to reflect dates displayed on the support tab

People Enhancements/Changes

• New View - limited access

  • We've added a new view for looking at People.  The new view shows all job rows about the person not just the current row.   If you want to experiment with this new view, you must request access via email request to [email protected]

Reports Enhancements

• Graduate Student US Citizenship Report - added prompts that allow the user to select the specific US citizenship they are seeking. 
• Postdoc US Citizenship Report - added prompts that allow the user to select the specific US citizenship they are seeking.

Faculty Projection Changes

• Summary tab
  • Summary PDF report now includes a prompt to Include Cost Share. 
  • Summary xls report now includes a prompt to Include Indirect Project rate as a field for each project on the report. 

• Expense tab
  • New Current Month metric in the actuals section.  By default the field is hidden but can be displayed.   Shows actuals numbers for the As of month. 
  • Updated Individual Expense metric to be zero for non-person actuals accounts.  

• Estimator tab
  • Enabled ability to copy expense from Recharge Center view to the expenses tab.
