Overview

The Milestone Tab displays only for Graduate students.  This tab displays cards used to plan and track a graduate student’s progress toward various milestones as well as cards that provide information about advisers and committees. 

For AMT Person Types:  All

Security:  The Milestone Tab is visible and editable only for users who have the People Manager role and who have access to the graduate student’s record in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

Data:  Data displayed on each card is imported from PeopleSoft CS or from editable fields maintained by AMT users. 

Cards

Committee Schedule Card

The Committee Schedule Card is unique to AMT.  It provides users with a tool to plan and track a graduate student’s committee meetings. 

Advisers Card

The Advisers Card displays data imported from PeopleSoft CS.    It provides a list of a graduate students advisers. 

Supplemental Advisers Card

The Supplemental Advisers Card displays data entered by an AMT user. It provides users with a tool to plan and track a graduate student’s additional and/or non-Princeton advisers.

Generals Card

The Generals Card displays Generals exam data imported from PeopleSoft CS as well as providing a field for an AMT user to input and track the Anticipated Generals Date(s).  Only the most recent attempt data is displayed. 

FPO Card

The FPO Card presents FPO exam data imported from PeopleSoft CS as well as providing fields for an AMT user to input and track the Anticipated FPO Date(s) and the Anticipated FPO Title.  Only the most recent attempt data is displayed.
