Overview

The Profile tab provides a set of reference cards regarding a person’s contact, directory and connections.  

Security:  All AMT users have access to the Profile tab.  Your source system security determines which Cards display.

Data:  The Profile tab displays data from Campus Directory as well as data added by AMT users.

Cards

Contact Card

The AMT Contact Card presents a set of imported Campus Directory data.  If any fields are blank, it is due to lack of data at the source.

Person Card

The Person Card presents a set of imported Campus Community data.  If any fields are blank, it is due to lack of data at the source. 

Department Tag Card 

The AMT Department Tag Card is unique to AMT.  This card provides a method for a user to connect a person with their department.  When a person is “tagged” in AMT, their name is added to the Department’s Person List for all users.  A person can have multiple Department Tags.

Photo Card

The Photo Card presents an image of the person which is uploaded by an AMT People Manager in their Home department. 

Supplemental Contact Card

The AMT Supplemental Contact Card is unique to AMT.  This card provides a method for a user to add and track additional information about personnel before, during and/or after their time at Princeton.
